My career can be summarized by a quote from Samuel Johnson: “Knowledge is of two kinds. We know a subject ourselves, or we know where we can find information upon it.”

The first step is to determine the structure and content of knowledge required to succeed. Developing training programs and information sources to facilitate the acquisition of that knowledge is second. Providing knowledge transfer when and where it is needed it is paramount to customer success.
